Old news but worth a mention.
Famous travel host and writer, Karuna Ezara Parikh, who has very long gorgeous hair, went for a side shave in her long hair. And boy we love it !!
Check out her pics she published on Instagram.
Video of her getting side shaved:
So I came to #Bombay for the @myfashom launch, and got to finally meet this superstar. Growing up in India, @sapnamotibhavnani was one of the few outright badass women I had to look up to. Today she put her healing hands on my head and gently took away a whole section of my precious hair. They say women wear their pain and memories woven into their hair…t'was time to say goodbye to some. Here, with half a shorn head, for the one fashion app that celebrates beauty in any and all forms. #breakingbeautywithfashom (And the best part is that all the hair that came off goes straight to a cancer wig charity.)
I was at the Christian Dior Parfums Boutique opening last night, but earlier on in the day I'd walked past as @weddings.by.eventwala were setting up. Ever wanted to see what a bed of roses looks like? Sigh. 💞💕💞💕💞💕💞💞💞 and always carrying @theburlappeople 💖 (Thank you for the photo my talented friend @soniatyagi!)

Last night I was at Ogaan's new store opening at Malcha Marg in Delhi. I expected something big and glitzy, but the entrance was lit with fairy lights and as I walked in it felt more like a romantic date than a gala shop debut. As I walked up the stairs I thought "maybe it's a small store". It isn't. It's huge, but at no point can you actually tell. It feels a bit like a treasure box full of your mum's gorgeous old things. Each room unfolds into another, and there are tiny passages here and there with secret photos behind the drape of saris. Look up and you can see the stars through the skylights. What a beautiful space you've designed, @a_va1, and you, @ogaanindia, twenty seven years old and you've still got it. The Anavila and Raw Mango saris, Pratima Pandey's ethereal dresses, the entire Payal Khandwala collection (I.want.to.eat.it.) and the Anamika Khanna room…sigh. Thank you 🙂 Wearing here: the Anamika Khanna cape, shot by most talented person who was sorely missed last night: @nayantaraparikh.
